Day 8: Went to gym at 10pm. 20 minutes of cardio on Ellipical machine. 20 minutes of whatever-Jillian-moves I could remember. I was panting and sweating and totally could not breathe at all. I think I worked harder than I do at home because I couldn't remember everything but still wanted a good workout.
On the way home, I got a twinge of that all-too familiar feeling of a knife scratching your throat and I had a bad feeling that in a day or so I would be nursing a head cold.
Day 9: Woke up to sore throat and chest. Felt crappy. Went about family activities all day. By dinner I was SICK. Chest - Head - Sinus - Ears ... a fever maybe? I went to bed at 7:15PM. I didn't sleep much.
Day 10: Today. Urgh. SICK. SO sick. Cannot breathe at all. Nose is stuffed and I'm coughing. Ear hurts, face hurts, body aches. Shit. Should tomorrow be Day 11 or should I wait until I'm well and then pick up with Day 9?
Is this a 30-calendar day challenge, or do the 30-day shred 30 times? You tell me.


Stacy, you are one bad mofo! And I mean that as the biggest compliment! After begging, then back-pedaling, then feeling stupid, I am getting the DVD from my friend Laurel who is too awesome for words. So I don't know exactly when I'll start, but when I do, you'll be the first to know. THANK YOU FOR KICKING MY BUTT TO DO THIS!!! Get better soon :)
