I did Level 2 today for the first time in almost two weeks. Since I was sick I have been to the gym twice and done Level 1, but Level 2 ... KICKED MY ASS. After my final Abs section I actually collapsed on the floor and possibly inhaled a few cat and pubic hairs and I didn't even care.
I can feel some parts of my body getting stronger. My weakness today was really being tired, not eating well enough, or even enough at all and losing some cardio stamina from being sick and not working out for over a week.
I also took a 30-minute walk tonight, a brisk walk, with the stroller. I'm trying to fit exercise in when and where I can.
I usually don't get to exercise until late at night after Noah is in bed. It is hard to summon the energy at 830pm when all I really want to do is crash on the sofa, eat dinner and put on some PJs. I always feel like such a bad ass after I workout though.
Also, I'm having trouble with my goals. I had a goal and basically, I met it. Now, I have a second goal but I'm not as motivated and it is bumming me out.
Also: I need to get more sleep.
